Aesthete Solutions LLC ("we," "us") operates RFN University, Rich From Nothin educational content, and related credit education, credit consulting, and funding-referral services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

  • What you give us: your name, email, phone number, and your answers to our forms (for example your goals, credit concerns, and timeline).
  • Automatically: basic usage data such as pages visited and whether our emails were opened or clicked.
  • We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or account numbers on our public forms. If a paid service requires them later, we collect them only after you have signed an agreement, and we use a secure method to do it.

How we use it

To respond to you, review your application or inquiry, deliver the education and services you request, schedule appointments, send the messages you consented to, and run and improve our business.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, you may receive messages about your inquiry, appointments, and next steps. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive those. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • with service providers that run our operations (CRM, email, scheduling, payment processing), and only as they need it to perform those services;
  • when the law requires it, or to protect our rights;
  • with a third party you choose to go to. Some of our emails include referral links, such as SmartCredit for credit monitoring and a funding-partner site. If you click one and sign up, you give your information directly to that company, and its privacy policy applies. We may earn a commission.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, reply STOP to texts, or email us to access, correct, or delete your information.
